Agreement
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Inventor Industries. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Orders and contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation for your items, not when you receive the order acknowledgement email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because an item is out of stock, an address cannot be served or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you will be refunded in full.
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. Where the law requires it, taxes are added at checkout. Prices can change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
We take every care to display prices correctly. If we discover an obvious pricing error we will tell you and give you the choice of buying at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Promotional codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.
Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery is covered by our Shipping page. Returns, refunds and the 2-year warranty are covered by our Returns page. Both form part of these terms.
Product information and safe use
We try to make product descriptions, images, colours and specifications as accurate as possible, but small differences may occur between screens and real materials. Wood in particular varies in grain and tone.
Our tools and electronics should be used as described in the manual supplied with them, with appropriate safety equipment. We are not responsible for harm caused by misuse or by ignoring the instructions.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photography, product designs, logos and manuals, belongs to Inventor Industries or its licensors. You may view it and print it for personal use, but you may not copy, redistribute or use it commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at a volume that affects other users or using it for anything unlawful.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inventor Industries is registered, and any dispute will be handled by its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
