30-day returns

If something is not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be unused or lightly used, in their original packaging, with all accessories included.

Made-to-order and custom products are built specifically for you, so they can only be returned if they arrive faulty or not as ordered.

How to start a return

  • Contact us with your order number and the items you want to return.
  • We will send you a returns authorisation and instructions, including the address to send it to.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back with tracking.

Please do not send anything back before you hear from us, so we can match the parcel to your order.

Return shipping

If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning a working item because you changed your mind, return shipping is paid by you.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we have inspected it, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Standard delivery is free, so there is nothing to refund there. Express delivery charges are refunded only if the return is because of our error.

2-year warranty

Every product is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the delivery date. If something fails under normal use, we will repair it, send a replacement part or replace the product.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage from unauthorised modification. Because our products are designed to be repaired, using standard tools and the parts from our catalog to service your own product does not void your warranty.

Repairs and spare parts

Out of warranty, or just worn out? Every part we make is available individually, and each product ships with a service manual. If you would rather have us do the work, contact us about a repair.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live, including any legal right to cancel an online order or to a remedy for faulty goods.
